When completing a check list during a property check, if you wish to add notes or pictures to a specific check but do not wish to report an issue, select the ‘i’ icon on the right hand side of the check item, and select ‘Confirm Check’.

You will then be prompted to add notes or pictures as an option.

Note that to avoid fraudulent checks, we only allow users to add pictures that are taken through the app. We do not allow you to upload pictures from your phone’s gallery.
