When completing a check list during a property check and you encounter an issue, i, select the ‘i’ icon on the right hand side of the check item, and select ‘Report Issue’.
You will then be prompted to add notes, and have the option to add pictures. The reported issue will be presented on the property check report.
Note that to avoid fraudulent checks, we only allow users to add pictures that are taken through the app. We do not allow you to upload pictures from your phone’s gallery.
